Customer Support & Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Support & Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear and friendly communication while managing inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring follow-up. Your goal is to convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings by delivering excellent service and accurate information. This is a flexible part-time position ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and sales support.

Schedule: 20–25 hours per week; flexible scheduling with some evening availability

Pay: $18–$22 per hour DOE + incentives/bonuses

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, text messages, and email with professionalism and clarity.
  • Use the company’s quoting tool to generate accurate service estimates for residential and commercial clients.
  • Follow up on open quotes, expiring offers, and potential leads to maximize conversion into bookings.
  • Enter and update customer information, quotes, and bookings into the CRM/booking platform.
  • Track and report customer interactions, lead status, and booking progress.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product/service knowledge.
  • Collaborate with field operations and management to ensure accurate scheduling and customer satisfaction.
  • Support outbound communication for promotions, reminders, and renewal of service plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries at once.
  • Comfort using CRM, booking, or scheduling tools (training provided).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote communication.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; training provided.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer experiences.
