How does pricing work?

Our quote is based on the number of panels with a minimum charge for smaller arrays. Add‑ons like gutter clearing and skylights are optional extras. Bird‑proofing is quoted on‑site after inspection.

Can the price change on the day of service?

Yes—quotes are estimates. If we find conditions that affect time or safety (steep pitch, limited access, heavy soiling), we'll explain the difference and request approval before work begins. You can decline and reschedule or cancel without charge unless a trip fee was previously disclosed.

What cleaning method do you use?

We use deionized (DI) water and soft brushes—no detergents or pressure washing. This is panel‑ and warranty‑safe.

Do you provide photos?

Yes, we include before/after photos with every job and note any visible maintenance issues we see.
