Service Terms for Solar Sustain

These terms explain how we schedule, price, and deliver solar panel cleaning services. If anything here isn’t clear, please reach out—our goal is a smooth, no‑surprises experience.

On‑site Conditions & Price Adjustments

Online quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (e.g., panel count). Final pricing is confirmed after our technician evaluates the site on arrival. If a price change is needed, we’ll explain why and request your approval before work begins.

What can change a price?

  • Steeper roof pitch or 2+ stories requiring extra safety setup
  • Limited access (locked gates, fragile landscaping, long hose runs)
  • Heavy soiling (ash, construction dust, hard water spots)
  • Obstructions (satellite dishes, dense skylights, equipment)
  • Nests or pest activity around the array
  • Additional time or equipment needed for safe cleaning

How we handle changes

  • We review conditions with you on‑site and outline the difference.
  • You approve the updated price in writing (text or email) before work.
  • If you decline, we’ll reschedule or cancel at no charge, unless a posted trip fee applies.
Note: Bird‑proofing and other add‑ons are quoted separately after inspection.

Scheduling & Access

We offer arrival windows and text notifications. Please ensure safe roof access and that pets are secured. If we can’t access the property during the scheduled window, a trip fee may apply.

Safety & Weather

We follow roof‑safe practices and may reschedule during high winds, lightning, or hazardous conditions. Your safety and our team’s safety come first.

Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due at completion unless otherwise arranged. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Short‑notice cancellations may incur a fee.

Photos & Reporting

We provide before/after photos and note visible issues (cracked glass, loose wiring, nests). We do not perform electrical diagnostics.

Warranty & Liability

We use manufacturer‑safe methods (DI water, soft brushes). We are fully insured. We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, defective mounting, or leaks unrelated to our work.
