Booking & confirmation

After you request a quote, you’ll choose an arrival window. You’ll receive a confirmation with prep tips and a reminder text before the visit. If you opt into a bi‑annual plan, we’ll also propose dates for your discounted second cleaning (25% off).

How to prepare

  • Provide access notes: gate codes, pets, and parking.
  • Clear areas near hose spigots and around ladders.
  • Note any roof concerns or recent repairs.

Arrival & setup

The crew will text when en route. On arrival they’ll walk the site, confirm panel count and access, and set up roof‑safe ladders and harnesses where needed. Hoses and DI equipment are staged to avoid gardens and paths.

The cleaning process

  1. Dry brush: Loosen dust to reduce rinse time.
  2. Flow‑through brush & DI rinse: Agitate with a soft brush while pure water flows for a spot‑free finish.
  3. Edges & debris: Clear leaves and nests along frames and critter‑guard edges.
  4. Final DI sheet rinse: No squeegees needed; panels dry clean.

Safety & roof care

  • Harnesses and anchors used where required by pitch or height.
  • No pressure washers; protect tiles, shingles, and flashing.
  • Keep rinse water controlled; avoid runoff into beds and pathways.

Documentation & wrap‑up

You’ll receive before/after photos and brief notes. If technicians spot cracked glass, loose wiring, or shading issues, they’ll flag them for you.

About pricing adjustments

Your estimate is based on the details provided. Final pricing is confirmed on‑site and may adjust for factors like steep pitch, difficult access, heavy soiling, or extra debris removal. You’ll approve any change before work proceeds.

Aftercare & cadence

In typical conditions, a 6–12 month cadence keeps panels efficient. Dusty corridors, coastal salt, or wildfire ash can benefit from 3–6 month visits. Booking a second visit in advance locks in the 25% discount.

Weather & rescheduling

High winds or lightning are reasons to postpone. If conditions aren’t safe or would compromise results, we’ll reschedule quickly.

Bottom line

Expect clear communication, roof‑safe methods, and visible results. With a little prep, the visit is quick, tidy, and delivers a measurable improvement in production.

Every site is unique. Quotes may change based on access, pitch, or heavy soiling. See our Terms.
